Tom has been an active serial entrepreneur and angel investor in the technology sector since 1981. He has successfully founded and built three other software companies, including Visual Components (acquired by Sybase), Tidestone Technologies (acquired by Actuate), and iModules. He has held national and international executive leadership positions at Innovative Software, Informix Software, and Fox Software (acquired by Leeds Equity Partners). Tom co-founded Essenza Software most recently (mobile software).
