Tim, who is originally from a small town outside of Chicago but now resides in the Windy City with his wife and daughter, has combined his talents as a humorous motivational speaker and corporate entertainer by drawing on his training at Second City, decades of stand-up comedy, and years of experience as an award-winning educator. Tim began writing comedy after working for ten years as a professor of speech and communication. He subsequently began performing in clubs. It was nominated for Best New Play in the Country when it had its world debut at actor Jeff Daniels' Purple Rose Theatre Company.
