Tanya Brown, Nicole Brown Simpson's younger sibling, and I attempted my life in 2004 using a whole bottle of Klonopin and a bottle of red wine. I was worn out and drained from unresolved sorrow, sadness, worry, stress, turmoil, and loss on many different levels, as you will see from what you read. All of us experience pain, most of which is unresolved. The issues start at that point. Those of us who contemplate suicide or taking our own lives want to put an end to our suffering, not perish. Most suffering people seek Russell Brandt to fill their souls' voids. H.O.P.E. must be disseminated because, Hold On, Pain Ends. I had no concept of mental illness. Yes, I had challenges. Yes, I had to bury many friends when I was young. The loss of family, friends, and co-dependence all caused me stress. I have experienced what it's like for parents to lose a daughter. I have experienced a global criminal case known as "The Trial of the Last Century," during which I was not allowed to feel. Now, my objective is to discuss mental health and perseverance, which is THE ONE THING NO ONE WANT TO TALK ABOUT. The phrase "prevent mental illness and promote mental wellness" has to be changed. I spoke at a conference in 2006 in front of more than 700 psychologists, psychiatrists, and academics. Each individual discussed mental illness, statistics, and the most recent studies. However, NO ONE was discussing how to control it or avoid it. What methods may we use to practice everyday self-care? What can we do to achieve the highest possible mental health and well-being? I support practicing self-care. You cannot be kind to people you love or those you work for until YOU are WELL. You must put others before yourself! I intend to raise awareness so that neither you nor someone you care about would experience what happened to me or those above. Please know that there is hope if you are struggling! The challenging aspect is asking for assistance.
