Tammy Hughes Biography

Tammy is a creative facilitator, presenter, and business leader who has worked in a wide range of companies and sectors all around the world for over two decades. She began her career in the Corporate Education and Training Division of Xerox Corporation. She joined The Heim Group in 1995 as a Training Director, pioneered the development of the very popular GenderSpeak program, and was named President in 2005. Tammy has been researching how women and men connect to and assess events differently based on the lens they use for the past 20 years. She is passionate about assisting audiences in understanding what is practical and suitable in both gender cultures so that they may wear both sets of lenses and read people more correctly and equitably. Tammy's performance as a session leader has received overwhelmingly excellent feedback from participants. She is intrigued by and educated about gender and age disparities, and her enthusiasm is evident in her upbeat demeanor. She illustrates the study with amusing, true-to-life professional and personal tales. Tammy gives humorous/content-rich keynotes, executive sessions, and seminars all around the world.
