Susie Gharib is a Senior Special Correspondent for Fortune. She conducts a series of video interviews with some of the world's most prominent CEOs and business figures for Fortune.com, covering news topics and leadership advice. Susie Gharib is an award-winning journalist and veteran business TV anchor. Gharib also provides content for "Nightly Business Report." Gharib formerly served as the co-anchor for 16 years of "Nightly Business Report," the longest-running business news show on public television. In addition, Gharib received the "Front Page Award" from the Newswoman's Club of New York in 2007 and 2002. She also received the Gracie Allen Award in 2001 for her outstanding work as the lead anchor of a national news show. Gharib graduated from Case Western Reserve University with honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa fraternity. She also obtained a master's degree in international affairs from Columbia University. She serves on the boards of trustees at Case Western Reserve University and the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. She is also a member of the Economic Club of New York.
