McAvoy oversees the social media marketing plans for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries as the company's cross-departmental marketing, programming, and communications leader. McAvoy manages the teams creating multi-platform campaigns for customers, affiliates, and advertisers. She also controls all aspects of marketing and branding for both networks.
