Susan Levison Biography

Since March 2019, Susan Levison has served as World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.'s Head of Studios. Before joining WWE, Levison formerly worked at CBS Television Studios as the executive VP of elective programming. Since August 2013, Levison has been Video Hits One's Executive Vice President of Original Programming and Production. She oversaw big-name talent development and all VH1 original programming and growth for the East and West coasts. She joined VH1 after achieving several successes as a creator and official in a variety of real-world. She staged situations for cable and satellite TV outlets like FOX Bravo TruTV VH1 and Yahoo. She worked as the executive vice president and head of creative affairs at FishBowl Worldwide Media before joining VH1. Since FishBowl's inception, she and her team have pitched unscripted reality shows to Bravo (Toned Up), TruTV (Upload With Shaquille O'Neal), Fuse (Off Beat), and VH1 for its famous I'm Married To A. Additionally, she officially produced Ultimate Surprises, a computerized series that aired on Yahoo for three seasons. She also pitched narrative projects to networks, including NBC, MTV, the CW, and Comedy Central. She formerly held the positions of Senior Vice President of Comedy Development and Vice President of FOX Broadcasting Company Inc., where she oversaw the system's efforts to expand satire and served as its primary creative liaison with writers at studios and production leaders. In addition, she led the expansion of the popular animated series from creators Seth MacFarlane and Loren Bouchard. She worked on creating the three-hit arrangement while she was Vice President of Drama Development at FOX before that. Before that, she worked for Mike Darnell as Director of Alternative Programming, promoting such a FOX structure. She was also in charge of several made-for-TV movies, among others. She started working for FOX as an assistant in the Alternative Programming department in 1999.
