Steven Ford is the son of former US President Gerald Ford and former First Lady Betty Ford. Ford was born as the third and youngest son of former President Gerald Ford and former First Lady Betty Ford in East Grand Rapids, Michigan. On June 14, 1974, Ford graduated from T. C.
Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia, where his father, then-Vice President, delivered the graduating address. Ford studied range management at Utah State University, while his older brother Jack studied forestry. Ford also attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he majored in horse studies.
