Steph Jagger Biography

Stephanie Jagger is dedicated to assisting individuals in living and working with intention. My aim as a coach is to assist people in discovering, declaring, and delivering on their unique purpose with honesty, integrity, and determination. This form of coaching identifies inherent abilities, supports them with intention, and enables my clients to raise their restraining devices and move quickly toward outcomes. She works one-on-one with customers ranging from front-line employees to senior leaders in multinational corporations. Stephanie has created a series of targeted seminars on themes such as Fierce Conversations, Archetypal Leadership, and Presence Based Leadership in addition to her one-on-one work. Unbound is Steph's first novel (2017, Harper Collins). Stephanie specialized in change management until 2010, bringing to the table two primary skills: designing strategic operational plans to get organizations through, and working as a hands-on consultant to take those plans to the finish line and beyond. She has worked with firms across Canada as well as in New York and London and her client list includes Daily Dose Media, Hill + Knowlton Strategies, The Sound Research, MusicStyling and Tara Parker Tait PR. Stephanie fulfilled a personal goal by breaking the World Record for the most vertical feet skied in a single year in 2011. The ten-month voyage forced her to reconsider traditional forms of motivation and gap we establish between our personal and professional aims. Stephanie's findings inspire her to transition her consultant firm into a full-time coaching practice. She currently owns and operates a private executive and life coaching organization with a global clientele. She divides her time between San Diego, California, and Vancouver, British Columbia. Stephanie graduated from The University of Victoria with a bachelor's degree in sociology. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a master's degree in executive coaching from Royal Roads University.
