Stan's leadership abilities were obvious at a young age, as he served as president of his church's MYF, Methodist Youth Fellowship. Stan was the 1971-1972 President of DECA, Distributive Education Clubs of America, as a high school senior.
After graduation, he took full leadership and ownership of one of his family's businesses, Reynolds Tire Town, which he doubled in size in only three years until a tragic fire changed the path of his life forever. It resulted in a spiritual watershed moment in his life.
