Spencer Locke is an actress most recognized for her appearances in the Resident Evil film series as Kylie in Cougar Town, Jenny Bennett in Monster House, Ione in Detention, and K-Mart. Locke had a recurrent role as Bitsy Johnson on season one of the Nickelodeon sitcom Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide prior to her recurring appearance as Candida Keegel in Phil of the Future in 2005. Locke has also appeared as Brandee Case in the Without a Trace season two episode Wannabe Kayla and Jenny Bennett in the That's So Raven season four episode Mad Hot Cotillion. She appears in the 2007 film Resident Evil: Extinction as K-Mart, a girl discovered by Claire Redfield's friends in the rubble of a K-Mart prior to the outbreak. In 2010, Locke repeated her role as K-Mart in Resident Evil: Afterlife, and she played Amber Bradley in The Vampire Diaries episode Miss Mystic Falls. Locke appeared as Kylie, the girlfriend to whom Travis Cobb loses his virginity, in the ABC primetime comedy Cougar Town. She featured frequently in season one and just sparingly in season two. On-screen, the couple split up when Travis left for college while Kylie was still in high school. Locke last appeared as Kylie in the season two episode Little Girl Blues, when Travis introduces his new girlfriend Kirsten (Collette Wolfe) to the family. Locke is the voice of Wisty Allgood in author James Patterson's Witch and Wizard audiobooks. She also provided Ashley's voice in Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox. She also appeared on Big Time Rush as one of the Jennifers.
