Sonya Pryor-Jones Biography

The Fab Foundation's Chief Implementation Officer is Sonya Pryor-Jones. Sonya is tasked with supporting the next iteration of Dr. Neil Gershenfeld's work as well as the organization's strategic objectives in collaboration with Sherry Lassiter. Sonya oversees the Fab Foundation's hallmark programs, such as the Brilliant Career Labs SCOPES-DF and relationships with Chevron. Adam Savage of the GE Foundation and Tested.com DARPA and the Boston Celtics. Sonya was named a White House Champion of Change in 2016 for her efforts. Prior to joining the Fab Foundation, Sonya was the Sisters of Charity Foundation's founding Director of a nationwide placed-based education and community development strategy. She also oversaw a $3.5 million STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) program at Case Western Reserve University as the Executive Director of the Northeast Ohio STEM Initiative. Her work with numerous public-private partnerships has included working with a wide variety of partners including Policy Link Battelle GE Rockwell Automation NASA and The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
