Sona Chawla

Sona Chawla, Kohl's chief operational officer, is in charge of the company's whole omnichannel operations. She is in charge of all retail operations, logistics and supply chain networks, information and digital technologies, e-commerce strategy and planning, and e-commerce operations. Chawla began working with Kohl in 2015.

Prior to joining Kohl, she worked at Walgreens for seven years in a number of senior leadership roles, including president of e-commerce. Most recently, Chawla was president of digital and chief marketing officer. She has previously worked as an executive with Dell, Inc. and Wells Fargo Internet Services Group.
