Before Google, Shanna served as the founder and CEO of Sim Ops Studios (Wild Pockets), a side project from Carnegie Mellon University aimed to democratize the 3D gaming industry. Shanna served as the product offering administrator for Sim Ops, which Autodesk acquired in 2010, where she was responsible for advancing the cloud platform and Autodesk 360 apps. She was recognized as one of BusinessWeek's top young business visionaries in 2009, was profiled in Harvard training expert Tony Wagner's book "Making Innovators" in 2012, and was named one of Silicon Valley Business Journal's Women of Influence in 2014. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA and a Master's degree in Entertainment Technology.
