Scott Michael Foster was born in Winfield, Illinois, and then relocated to Highland Village, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, where he developed a passion for finishing school approximately a year early. He attended Collin College for one semester with a focus on acting but soon quit his studies to pursue a professional career in the field. Encourage relocated to Los Angeles, California, and started working on foundations whenever he could. Jerry Seinfeld's agent from a related firm attended Foster's acting lesson and made a note of him six months later. Before getting minor roles in movies like "Everlastingly Charlie" and the NBC series "Quarterlife," he worked in voiceovers and commercials. When he was cast in the ABC Family series "Greek," he had a big break. Foster got the opportunity to show off his fantastic and comic cleaves as Cappie, the clique president who had a leaky container problem and a charming personality. Foster went on to appear in a few additional TV shows when the 2011 contract came to an end. He appeared in "Party Time" alongside Anthony Edwards as Tyler in "Californicationfifth "'s season and was a guest star on "Parenthood."
