Scott Aughenbaugh Biography

Scott Aughenbaugh is a Center for Strategic and International Studies' Seven Revolutions Project (CSIS) member. In the CSIS leader introduction, "Seven Revolutions: Scanning the Horizon Out to the Year 2035 and Beyond," he displays substantial authority in global patterns analysis and gauging. In doing so, he examines socioeconomics as an advantage to the board, information/data development for online life, the effects of monetary joining, and evolving security issues. He has discussed the findings of this study with many schools, universities, businesses, and government agencies. Recently, Mr. Aughenbaugh worked for the Center's Office of External Affairs and directed the CSIS Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy's Higher Education Initiative about the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU). He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in history, legislative affairs, and government and from Kent State University with an M.A. in history, focusing on China and Europe during the Cold War. Also, he studied at Beijing University and worked at the Kent State University Lyman L. Lemnitzer Center for NATO and EU Studies.
