Tesfalul immediately worked at a portfolio company at Bain Capital and on deal opportunities in Asia. She currently serves as a representative of the company's enrollment group and preparation program. Ms. Tesfalul worked as a specialist with Bain & Company before joining Bain Capital Private Equity, where she was involved in telecom and retail human services initiatives. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as a summer analyst in investment banking. Tesfalul graduated from Stanford University with an MBA. She earned an AB in Economics and a minor in African Studies from Harvard University before receiving her degree.
