Since August 2011, Ms. Sabine Heller has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ASMALLWORLD Holdings Inc. Ms. Heller has experience in content creation, advertising, digital media, and strategy. She also contributes to The Huffington Post and is an editor for Purple Fashion Magazine and Vogue Italy. In addition, she held the position of COO of ASMALLWORLD. She began working at ASMALLWORLD in 2006 after being hired to start and edit its magazine. In the past, she founded and oversaw a boutique strategy and marketing firm focusing on small to mid-size businesses in the luxury, fashion, and media industries. Along with leading American design firms like Proenza Schouler and Derek Lam, she developed The Villency Emerging Fashion Program. Previously, she oversaw an effort to rebrand the 80-year-old luxury house firm while serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Advertising at Maurice Villency/Roche Bobois US. She began her career in 1998 as a founding member of the management team of UGO Networks, a digital entertainment platform targeted at males between 18 and 34 with 28 million unique users. Hearst Media bought her out in 2007. Ms. Heller has been on the cover of Brandweek as their Guerilla Marketer of the Year and won the Razor's Edge, Revolution, and CIPRA awards at the Tribeca Film Festival for her outstanding work in innovative marketing. She has lectured at the Digital Hollywood Conference and the International Conference for Brand Identity and Packaging Design. In addition, she has started various projects, including journals and advertising campaigns, about which the Wall Street Journal, W, and Style.com have reported.
