He is presently a member of the charity: water, Pachama Inc, and Fort Point Beer Boards of Directors. From the company's inception through its IPO, he served as a Board Director and SVP Global Operations for Uber Technologies Inc. Graves was a part of Uber's founding team and was the company's first employee, CEO, and member of the board of directors. Ryan has worked for companies such as Uber, foursquare, and SocialDreamium in a variety of business and technology roles spanning from organization and leadership team building to business development and product management. Prior to starting his own company, he worked for General Electric and CNA Insurance. Graves, who has a BA in Economics from Miami University, presently lives on Kauai with his wife and four boys.
