Rob Paulsen is a veteran voice actor with over three decades of experience in the industry. He has lent his voice to popular animated projects such as "Pinky and the Brain," "Animaniacs," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," and "Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius." With over 2,000 half-hour programs, films, video games, and other animated media to his credit, Paulsen is considered one of the business's hardest-working and most in-demand voice artists. He has won several awards, including a Daytime Emmy, Peabody, and three Annie Awards. In addition to his work as a voice actor, Paulsen hosts the popular podcast Talkin' Toons and performs in "Animaniacs in Concert!" with live music in symphony halls and theaters. He has also recently assumed the director role for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." After battling and defeating throat cancer, Paulsen is officially cancer-free and writes a memoir about his life and career titled "Voice Lessons." In addition to his prolific voice acting career, Rob Paulsen is also an accomplished singer. He has performed live concerts of songs from his various animated projects and covers of classic tunes. He also released a children's album in 2018 called "The Way I See It," which features original songs and covers of classic children's songs. Paulsen has also lent his voice to several video games, including the "Skylanders" series, "World of Warcraft," and "Call of Duty." He has also made on-screen appearances in live-action TV shows and films, including "MacGyver," "St. Elsewhere," and "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air." Paulsen is also known for his charitable work and has been involved with several organizations, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project. He has also advocated for cancer research and awareness since his own battle with throat cancer. Throughout his career, Paulsen has been recognized for his contributions to the entertainment industry. In addition to his Daytime Emmy and Peabody awards, he was inducted into the Michigan Walk of Fame in 2012. In addition, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Voice Arts Awards in 2017.
