Richard Saul Wurman is a prolific writer, designer, and publisher, having authored over 80 books on diverse topics. Some of his notable works include "The Notebooks and Drawings of Louis I. Kahn" (1963) and "What Will Be Has Always Been" (1986), a seminal collection of the words Kahn.
He has also written several books on healthcare and the Access travel series. Wurman holds M. Arch. & B. Arch. Degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with the highest honors in 1959 and was awarded the Arthur Spayed Brooks Gold Medal.
