Rich Schuttler has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management, having worked in academic, federal/state government, and Fortune 1,000 environments. He has mentored executives, faculty, and students from around the world. He is the author of "Laws of Communication: The Intersection Where Leadership Meets Employee Performance" as well as co-author of "Million Dollar Attitude" and "Lifetime Medical Organizer." Rich served as Dean at the University of Phoenix from 2000-2004 and has extensive assessment experience applying the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards criteria. He is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality. He has served as a judge with the International Team Excellence Award program criteria. Rich served in the U.S. Navy and retired after 23 years of honorable service in cryptology. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University. He has worked with clients such as Delta Airlines, The University of Phoenix, NCAA, MIT, the United States State Department, and other small to large businesses. Rich resides in Chicago.
