Pam Kimmet Biography

Ms. Pamela O. Kimmet, commonly known as Pam, has worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Kimmet and her team are in charge of creating and implementing a number of programs aimed at ensuring Lucent Technologies Inc. has the talent and work environment it needs to create and deliver cutting-edge solutions to its customers. She worked for Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (formerly Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.). Ms. Kimmet worked for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Human Resources. From 2001 until 2006, she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alcatel-Lucent USA, Inc. (also known as Lucent Technologies Inc.). Ms. Kimmet began her career with Lucent as Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and Health Services in 2000. Ms. Kimmet was a vice president and director of compensation and benefits at Citigroup from 1996 to 2000, where she held different leadership positions of increasing importance in the compensation and benefits department. Ms. Kimmet led Citigroup's Compensation and Benefits team, ensuring the smooth integration of these programs and their administration after Citibank and Travelers Group merged in 1998. Since July 15, 2009, Ms. Kimmet has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Business Group on Health, and as a Director since March 2004. She is a member of the Cornell University Center for Advanced Human Resources Study's Board of Directors. Ms. Kimmet is also a member of the Personnel Roundtable and the Executive Compensation Council of the Conference Board. Ms. Kimmet serves on the boards of the Center for Human Resources Strategy and the Executive Masters in Human Resources Leadership at Rutgers University. Ms. Kimmet possesses a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, as well as an MBA from Michigan State University's Advanced Management Program.
