Navi Radjou Biography

Navi Radjou is an innovation and leadership strategist based in Silicon Valley. He is also a Fellow at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and a World Economic Forum faculty member. He is also a regular columnist on HarvardBusinessReview.org.

Navi is the lead author of the bestseller Jugaad Innovation: Think Frugal, Be Flexible, Generate Breakthrough Growth, co-authored with Dr. Jaideep Prabhu and Dr. Simone Ahuja and published by Jossey-Bass in April 2012. The Economist calls Jugaad Innovation "the most comprehensive book yet to appear" on the subject of frugal innovation.

Most recently, Navi served as the Executive Director of the Centre for India & Global Business at Cambridge Judge Business School. Previously, he was a longtime VP/analyst at Forrester Research in Boston and San Francisco and advised senior executives worldwide on breakthrough growth strategies.

Navi has consulted with leading international organizationsincluding Ernst & Young, GM, Hitachi, IBM, Marks & Spencer, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, SAP, Sprint, and TCS. He is a member of the World Economic Forums Global Agenda Council on Design Innovation.
