Nabeela Elsayed brings extensive leadership experience spanning twenty years to her role as a C-suite executive and coach and transformative speaker after working at Walmart and IKEA and Starbucks. As Chief Operations Officer at Walmart Canada she managed 400+ stores which served 1.5 million customers with a team of 100,000+ employees.

Elsayed holds multiple prestigious titles including The Globe & Mail’s Top 50 Executives and WXN’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada and global Top 100 HR leader while delivering unmatched strategic leadership and operational expertise. She started her career at Starbucks where she progressed from barista to Head of Talent Acquisition before taking on digital transformation responsibilities as an executive at IKEA.

Nabeela delivers dynamic presentations while coaching others through her executive coaching certification and her roles as a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coach and Competent Boards faculty member. She frequently delivers presentations about leadership during uncertain times and wellbeing as well as Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and mental health.
