Mike Sarraille Biography

Mike Sarraille is a veteran US Navy SEAL officer and combat leader who currently works with Echelon Front as a leadership educator, speaker, and strategic advisor. Mike spent fifteen years as an officer in the SEAL Teams and five years as an enlisted Recon Marine and ScoutSniper in the US Marine Corps. Mike was a member of SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit Bruiser, which included Extreme Ownership writers Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, and commanded key combat actions during the Battle of Ramadi in 2006. Mike took up the job of principal leadership teacher for all officers graduating from the SEAL training pipeline from Leif Babin. Mike was later sent to the Joint Special Operations Command, where he served on many combat missions. Mike was awarded the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart for his service. Mike joined Echelon Front as a leadership educator, speaker, and strategic adviser after retiring from the Navy. He is the President of Echelon Front Overwatch, a firm that specializes in the recruitment, training, and placement of US special operations forces veterans with companies looking for leaders with an Extreme Ownership attitude to help them grow their ranks and conquer on the battlefield.
