Mike Sarraille is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, former Recon Marine, and Scout-Sniper with 20 years of Special Operations experience, including ten combat deployments with the elite Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Sarraille was a member of SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit Bruiser, which included Extreme Ownership writers Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, and commanded key combat actions during the Battle of Ramadi in 2006. He is a recipient of the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars for Valor, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, he is the founder and CEO of Talent War Group, a leadership development and executive search firm, and Legacy Expeditions, an extreme adventure company. He also founded ATTA, a mindset apparel brand, and leads Men's Journal's Everyday Warrior Nation. In 2025, Sarraille became the Chief Talent Officer at Overwatch Mission Critical, a leading labor provider in the Data Center Industry.
