Michelle Rudnicki has worked in the IT industry for over 28 years. She is currently responsible for using IBM's Cloud solutions to assist customers in optimizing their architectures and effectively enabling their companies via the usage of Cloud Computing in her present job. Prior to her present position, she was the Vice President of IBM Federal Smarter Planet Initiatives, where she oversaw IBM's US Federal Growth Initiatives, working with customers to deliver Cloud Computing, Analytics, Security, and Green solutions. She and her team took IBM's expertise in these difficult issue areas and adapted it to the Federal environment's specific problems. Ms. Rudnicki has a long history of working with IBM clients to deliver technological solutions. Ms. Rudnicki has held sales leadership positions with IBM Federal, including VP of Systems Technology Sales and Business Unit Executive for Federal Storage Sales and xSeries Sales (the xSeries is IBM's Intel-based server series). Ms. Rudnicki graduated from the University of Rochester with a degree in Chemical Engineering and Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi honors. Ms. Rudnicki resides in Bethesda, Maryland, with her husband and two boys.
