J.P. Morgan's Managing Director is Michael E. Walsh. Since April 2005, Mr. Walsh has been Senior Vice President of Portfolio Marketing and Revenue Services at RBS National Bank. He was Vice President of Marketing and Cross-Sales with the Chase Financial Services business of J.P. Morgan Chase and Co. for ten years. Mr. Walsh was in charge of using customer relationship management tactics to promote customer product penetration in this position. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Mr. Walsh worked for Citigroup Inc. in the Credit Card Services division, where he held roles such as Assistant Vice President, Agent Bank Marketing, and Product Manager, Ford and AAdvantage Cards. Mr. Walsh has previously served in the United States Navy as a lieutenant. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Inc. is where he serves as a Trustee.
