Grace also worked as a Product manager at Couchsurfingthe hospitality and social networking site and a Product and Game Designer at Electronic Arts. In 2007 Merci founded GameLayers a venture-backed social game company. Her first game The Nethernet nee the Passively Multiplayer Online Game was a finalist for Game of the Year.
