Matt Drake joined appMobi in 2007 as the director of business development and partnerships. Matt strives to ensure that apps created with appMobi are distributed as far as possible, with the goal of becoming appMobi the preferred platform for app developers all around the world. Matt is a member of the patent bar and began his career as a commercial and patent litigator. Matt worked at Stratify (which was eventually bought by Iron Mountain), Applied Materials, Shearman & Sterling, and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison before joining appMobi. Matt graduated from MIT with a BS in mechanical engineering, Stanford with an MS in mechanical engineering, and the University of Michigan with a law degree.
