Mark Schmidt Biography

Mark Schmidt is a collegiate basketball coach and the current men's basketball head coach at St. Bonaventure University. He was born on February 12, 1963. After holding the same role at Robert Morris University, he accepted the post at the start of the 2007–08 season. He guided St. Bonaventure to a 15–15 record and a berth in the Atlantic 10 playoff tournament for the first time since 2005 during the 2008–09 season. In the 1980s, he was a member of the Boston College Eagles.
