Dr. Mark A. Huselid is an HR Strategy Professor at Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR). The creation of balanced measurement systems that represent the contribution of the workforce, workforce management systems, and the HR management function to strategy execution and company performance is the emphasis of Mark Huselid's research, teaching, and consulting efforts. Dr. Mark Huselid is a member of several academic and professional boards and was the Editor of the Human Resource Management Journal from 2000 to 2004. Mark Huselid is one of the most widely cited researchers in the organizational sciences, having won several honors for his work. Dr. Huselid has also given approximately 500 lectures to professional and academic audiences in the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
