Lisa Letizio, HSN, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: HSNI) Chief Human Resources Officer, is in charge of HSN, Inc.'s Human Resources teams, which comprise HSN, HSN.com, and the Cornerstone portfolio of catalogs, retail locations, and e-commerce sites. Talent acquisition and evaluation across categories, leadership development, remuneration, employee engagement, benefits/wellness, work-life initiatives, and community affairs are among her major duties. Ms. Letizio has been responsible for the transformation of HSN, Inc.'s work culture into a particularly pleasant workplace that provides workers numerous career development pathways since joining the business in 1998. She's also recognized for boosting staff retention and launching HSN, Inc.'s first community service program, which provides workers with two paid volunteer days each year.
