Lisa Caputo

Lisa Caputo assumed her current role as Chief Marketing, Advertising and Community Relations Officer, Global Consumer Group in October 2005, and has been President and CEO of the Women and Company business since January 2000.

In her role as Chief Marketing, Advertising and Community Relations Officer, Global Consumer Group, Lisa oversees the marketing, advertising, branding, consumer insights, media and community relations operations for all of Citigroup’s consumer businesses. She also oversees the Citigroup Office of Financial Education. In her current position, Lisa has management responsibility for approximately 100 people. She is a member of the Global Consumer Group Planning Group. Citi is the number one financial services brand and is one of the top consumer brands in the world. The Global Consumer Group, a division of Citigroup, which consistently generates more than 50% of Citigroup's total profits, delivers a wide array of banking, lending, insurance and investment services to more than 200 million customer accounts worldwide, and includes the global credit card, retail banking and customer finance businesses of Citigroup.
