Lisa Borders Biography

Lisa Borders is the former President and CEO of TIME'S UP where she led the organization's work to create safe fair and dignified workplaces for women of all kinds. Borders has nearly 30 years of experience in operations marketing government relations and public service. Before TIME'S UP Borders served as President of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) where she was responsible for developing the vision and overseeing the league's day-to-day operations. She has worked and delivered results in all three sectors: public private and non-profit. Prior to the WNBA Borders was Vice President of Global Community Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company and Chair of The Coca-Cola Foundation. Borders also served as Vice Mayor of Atlanta and President of the Atlanta City Council during Mayor Shirley Franklin's administration. Borders currently serves as CEO at the LMB Group. In 2018 Borders was named by People magazine as one of their 25 Women Changing the World.
