The customer success platform integrates major SaaS services including such as Salesforce Zendesk and Mixpanel to create a unified dashboard and eliminate the need for managers to perform advanced data analytics. Previously the brothers worked together at Digital Ocean where they tested their work compatibility. Catalyst Software raised $5.4M from True Ventures Work-Bench Compound and Ludlow Ventures among others.
