Kevin Boehm is one of the most successful restaurateurs in the United States and in 2019 he won the James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurateur with his partner Rob Katz. He was a finalist for the award in 2016 2017 and 2018. Over the past 25 years he has opened 26 restaurants. In addition to the James Beard Award Boehm and Katz won Restaurateurs of the year in TimeOut Chicago in 2010 the Chicago Tribune in 2011 and were Eater National’s Empire Builders of the years in 2012.
