Julie Kratz is an American author, keynote speaker, and inclusive leadership trainer who specializes in DEI and allyship in the workplace. She holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, is a certified Master Coach, and is certified in unconscious bias training and Social-Emotional Learning. 

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, she founded Next Pivot Point, a consultancy focused on fostering inclusive environments and empowering leaders, particularly women, to navigate career transitions and promote gender equality. After spending 12 years in corporate America, where she led teams but faced challenges due to a lack of belonging, Kratz launched her speaking and coaching business to address these issues.

She is a frequent Forbes contributor, TEDx speaker, and podcast host, known for her engaging approach to discussing complex topics like allyship and inclusion.
