He began as a Garde Manger at The Lark in 1994 and rose through the ranks to his present role as Chef de Cuisine. He has 2 James Beard nominees for Best Chef: Great Lakes (2008 and 2009) and is widely regarded as one of the top chefs in the City of detroit.
