These jobs gave Jillian the jump-start she needed to persuade her family to start commuting from her hometown of Northville Michigan to pursue her acting career. After just a couple of months Jillian landed a role as a performer in a teen comedy troupe and several independent films and in 2008 she booked her first role as Goth-Girl Simone on the hit Showtime series Weeds. It was then that Jillian's commutes turned into a permanent move. Jillian has established herself as a working actor with a vibrant presence that is evident in each role she accepts.
