Jerry Moe Biography

Jerry Moe is the National Director of the Betty Ford Center's Children's Program, which is part of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. He is an author, presenter, and trainer on issues affecting children and families affected by addiction. He is a member of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACoA) Advisory Board. He won the Mona Mansell Award and the Father Joseph C. Martin Award in 2013. Through a Child's Eyes: Understanding Addiction and Recovery is his most recent book. Moe earned the Johnson Institute's America Honors Recovery Award in 2005, as well as NACoA's Ackerman/Black Award in 2000, for greatly improving the lives of children of alcoholics in the United States and throughout the world.
