Jenna grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and by the age of twelve, she had grown to be six feet tall. She didn't fall in love with fashion until college when she learned what the proper fit could accomplish for her tall body and unique style. Crew, most recently serving as President-Executive Creative Director and before that as Executive Creative Director. She supervises over a hundred designers and manages the style and layout of the company's popular direct mail catalog, which is published every year in twenty-four editions. The Daily News named her one of Fashion's Fifty Most Powerful People, with colleague J. Crew chief designer Todd Snyder. The fashion-forward pair is credited for resurrecting the ailing brand, keeping its typical preppy aesthetic without the stuffiness that had previously been associated with it. Crewcuts for kids and their wedding collection, which includes bridesmaids and wedding gowns, helped the couple expand the brand's reach. Michelle Obama has even personally supported the company and wears J. Crew clothing regularly in public. Jenna went on The Oprah Winfrey Show to talk about her employment at J.
