Jeff didn't just read the book on customer service — he authored it! He is the best-selling author of two business books, Becoming a Service Icon in 90 Minutes a Month and Influence with Ease. He runs his own training firm and has created 13 self-study coaching products. His column, Influence with Ease, has been syndicated and has appeared in over 200 business and online media. When Jeff was 22, he was given a live laboratory for testing and analyzing impact, and his love for customer service and sales began in earnest. His first actual job after graduating from business school with a commerce degree in marketing was selling one-write accounting systems door-to-door to businesses — without an appointment!
