Dell has modernized Katz's Delicatessen, a nearly 130-year-old New York institution, by upgrading its technology, expanding catering operations and shipping nationwide. As owner and "Top Dog," Dell is leading the charge in opening the first ever Katz's location outside of its home in the Lower East Side. The new satellite business will open in Dekalb Market in spring 2017.

A fellow student asked Bourdain where he would eat at 3am anywhere in the world. His response? Katz’s Deli.
