Hunter Biden is also Chairman of the World Food Program USA Board of Directors, as well as a Director on the Truman National Security Project, The Center for National Policy, and the US Global Leadership Coalition's non-profit boards. Mr. Biden is the managing director of Rosemont Seneca Partners, Chairman of Rosemont Seneca Advisors, and Counsel of Boies, Schiller, Flexner, LLP, a New York-based global law firm. Mr. Biden is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service's Master's Program. Mr. Biden is a member of the CSIS Executive Council on Development and the Catholic Charities President's Advisory Board in Washington, D.C. Mr. Biden served on the Amtrak Board of Directors from 2006 to 2009, including as Vice Chairman from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Biden was proud to have participated in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and as an HonoraryCo-Chair of the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Committee. Mr. Biden was formerly a founding partner of the law firm Oldaker, Biden and Belair, LLP, and was selected by President Clinton to serve as Executive Director of E-Commerce Policy Coordination under Secretary of Commerce William Daley, as well as Senior Vice President of MBNA America Bank. He is also a judge of the Connecticut Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the United States Supreme Court bar, and the United States Court of Federal Claims Bar. Mr. Biden graduated from Georgetown University and Yale Law School with a bachelor's degree and a J.D.
