Henry Hays serves as the Managing Partner and Founder of Henry Hays Consulting which provides legacy businesses with transformational services through innovative business models and AI-driven strategies. Hays brings more than twenty years of experience in biotech and pharmaceuticals and healthcare innovation through his roles as Senior Executive Vice President at MPower Health and National Sales Director at Avanir Pharmaceuticals.  

Through his role as CEO and Co-founder of DisruptREADY Hays works to make AI accessible to business executives by creating industry-specific Large Language Models (LLMs) for banking healthcare and retail sectors.  

Hays teaches future leaders about AI and LLMs as an Adjunct Professor at LSU’s Roger Ogden Honors College. Hays delivers keynote presentations about disruptive innovation and neuroscience in sales and the changing workplace culture due to AI.  

Hays resides in Baton Rouge Louisiana where he manages his professional work alongside family responsibilities to spend time with his wife and three children.
