Hedy crafts sweets with simple tastes, textures, and methods placed on top of one other. "The sweets I make are affected by my entire life, and those early salty-sweet experiences and bold tastes continue to form my palette." Hedy's debut cookbook has distinctive bold tastes like tangerine creamsicle pots de crème, buttered popcorn gelato, chocolate bourbon fudge tart, and basil panna cotta, as well as fun takes on her childhood favorites like Pop-Tarts, Snickers, Milk Chocolate Candy Bar, Nutters, and O's. Goldsmith graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America's Baking & Pastry Program in New York and has a B.A. in Photography and Film from the Philadelphia College of Art.
