George Randle Biography

George Randle is a skilled veteran, coach, mentor, and hands-on leader who is renowned for choosing, creating, and rearranging teams in order to maximize their potential. Randle combines more than 20 years of Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 worldwide Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Executive expertise to help people, teams, and organizations produce reliable and significant results. His most recent book, "The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent," is a best-seller. He holds a certification in Hogan's (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) Leadership Assessment. Randle joined the USAR to start his professional career. He earned a bachelor's degree from Missouri State University and an active-duty Army officer rank through ROTC while serving in the USAR. He served in deployments to Africa, Central America, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, with the US Army Berlin Brigade, US CENTCOM, and III Corps. He had the honor of serving in important leadership positions during his tenure on active service, including twice as a Platoon Leader, once as the Executive Officer for the largest unit in Berlin, and once for two years as a Company Commander at Ft. Hood, Texas. Randle shifted to the corporate sector after a number of successful leadership assignments, where he encountered many of the same difficulties that today's veterans deal with. He was motivated to develop the first Junior Military Officer Hiring Program for a Top-5 consulting firm by these difficulties. Later, Randle established one of the biggest and most effective veterans hiring programs for a Fortune 50 company. These initiatives led to the employer in both cases being listed among the Top 100 Military Friendly Employers. In addition to his duties as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Randle has instructed and coached thousands of Veterans on interviewing and job-seeking techniques over the past 20 years. He is still working with our veterans today, assisting them in developing the vital leadership, management, and program management abilities that make them priceless assets to whatever organization they work for. Randle is a managing partner of EF Overwatch and The Talent War Group and now resides in Austin, Texas.
