Mr. Gagandeep's first exposure to a computer was when he was about 4 years old at the Delhi University. In 1983 he started his first Data processing company using Burroughs Terminals Forms Editor and Fortran.
In 1993 he shifted from DOS / BTOS machines to Windows Terminals and started writing Windows Applications until 1996 where his firm became a full fledged Web Application and Website Development company.
He also dabbled around for a Printing / Publishing company in his family and designed quite a few leading designs in Tissue paper packaging which are amongst the highest selling designs till date.
In 1996 he renamed his first company from Pilot Engineers to System3 and turned around a pure Back Office operation into an IT Integration Support and services company.
1996 was an year full of achievements wherein he single handedly rolled out India's first International VPN connectivity between Sears Canada and Sears Hong Kong to establish an online Sourcing and Shipping Application running on Windows Servers with Citrix Metaframe and BSD OS based firewalls.
