Emma Bell Biography

Born and raised in New Jersey Emma moved to New York City at the age of 16 to pursue her acting dreams. She attended a Performing Arts high-school on the upper east side of Manhattan. After several Law and Order episodes independent films and commercials she finally landed a supporting lead on the CW series Bedford Diaries starring Penn Badgley.
But it was her supporting character in Boaz Yakin's 2008 Death in Love that lead her to bigger and better things. Emma was honored and lucky to work alongside some of the greats. Jacqueline Bisset Josh Lucas Lukas Haas and Adam Brody starred in the movie about a Jewish woman's holocaust past that shaped her life and subsequently the lives of her sons. Emma played the younger version of Jacqueline's character.
Death in Love premiered at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. Afterwards Emma moved to Los Angeles.
The first few years in LA she worked in such projects as Sebastian Gutierrez's Elektra Luxxe and a few co-starring roles on Ghost Whisperer and Supernatural.
